Every block has its own discussion, so you can ask about exactly what you're looking at.
- Under a block, type in Ask a question or leave a comment… and click Post comment.
- Or click Record a voice note, record, and Send.
- Reply under any comment. You can edit (within a few minutes), resolve, or delete your own comments.
The seller is notified and can reply by text or voice — it's a two-way conversation right in the room.
If you don't see the comment box
Comments are tied to your email. If you entered the room through a link that asked for your email, you can post. If the link didn't ask for anything, the room is read-only for you — you'll still see the conversation and live updates, but not the box to write in. Ask the seller for a link that requests your email if you want to join the conversation.
