A room is a single page with everything about your deal, in blocks from top to bottom.
Depending on what the seller added, you might see:
- Text and links — context and useful resources.
- Video — press play; it streams in your browser.
- Files — preview inline and download.
- Meeting — a button to book time on the seller's calendar.
- Quote — opens your proposal.
- Action plan — a checklist of next steps (see the next page).
- Showcase — cards linking to related rooms or pages.
Everything is read-only except the action plan and the comments.
It's live. If the seller adds a comment, posts a voice note, or updates a section while you're here, it appears on its own — no need to refresh — and a brief notice points you to what changed.
“The seller is here now”
When a seller is viewing the room at the same time as you, a live badge — “The seller is here now” — appears. It updates in real time and clears when they leave.
