What is DigitalSalesRoom?
DigitalSalesRoom (DSR) gives every B2B deal its own shareable microsite: a single link a seller sends to a buyer that gathers everything about the opportunity in one place — videos, decks, files, the quote, a shared action plan, and a back-and-forth conversation — while quietly telling the seller what the buyer looked at and when.
Instead of a deal scattered across email attachments, a PDF quote, a YouTube demo and a contract tool, the buyer gets one URL and the seller gets visibility into what happens between calls.
Who uses it
- Sellers sign in, create a room per deal, fill it with content blocks, share a link, and watch an engagement timeline.
- Buyers open the shared link (optionally entering their email first), read the room, check off next steps, and leave comments — no account needed.
What you can do
- Rooms — one per deal, with a title, buyer company, and status (draft → active → archived).
- Content blocks — rich text, link lists, a meeting scheduler, images, video (with per-viewer analytics), files, a quote link, a mutual action plan (a checklist the buyer ticks off), and a showcase of cards linking to other rooms or pages.
- Share links — generate one or many per room, optionally email-gated (capture the buyer's email, or require a magic-link verification).
- Engagement timeline — see when a buyer opened the room, what they viewed, watched, clicked, checked, or commented — in near real time ("buyer here now").
- Comments & voice notes — seller and buyer converse on each block, by text or recorded voice.
- Team & invites — invite teammates with roles (admin, seller, viewer).
- Languages — the whole app is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese; switch any time from the language picker.
How this guide is organized
- For sellers — step-by-step help for every screen you use to build and share rooms.
- For buyers — what the person receiving a room link sees and does.
Use the language picker (top of the seller screens, footer of a buyer room) to read the app in your language.
